The Concept
By being invited to compete on the golfing professional competitive circuit while still with a high handicap, in full view of the national/international media, with the musical industry adding the delicious flavours to the story that only they can. My hope is that the nation/the world will witness me continuing to battle back against the odds to grow in neurological, cognitive, golfing and musical capability, competition by competition, tune by tune. In so doing I hope, as Major Archie, with my assistant dog Cocoa, to secure the sort of profile which will inspire the nation to help me save millions of lives through their sponsorship of me for the Disasters Emergency Committee.
With the enormous media and social media presence of the golfing industry, musical industry and Disasters Emergency Committee, coupled with my extraordinary story there really is real potential here to make the impossible possible in so many ways.
In order to understand this unusual request I feel it is essential that you understand my story. Here, I summarise the main events over my extraordinary fifty years that have made me the brain damaged man I am today.
